I regret to inform you that this will be my last post at Celebrity Pictures and News.  If you are a regular reader, you probably have noticed that I haven’t been writing here as much as I used to.  I can no longer keep up the schedule of writing for four websites, along with my duties as a mom of two young children.  I hope that Robyn finds someone that can devote the time necessary to building this blog.  You can always find me at Thrifty Mommy, Little Fun; Little Learning, and A Healthy Balance.

The Los Angeles Police have announced that Danielle Fishel was arrested last weekend on a drunk driving warrant.  Danielle is known for her role on ABC’s Boy Meets World. 

The Associated Press reports that she was arrested before 5 a.m. after officers stopped a car that she was in.  She was released from jail shortly after her arrest.

I don’t know about you, but this one shocked me.  Topanga seemed like such a sweet girl on the show.  I am a bit confused about her arrest though.  I’ve heard that she wasn’t drunk when she was arrested.

Parade Magazine conducted a celebrity poll for 2007.  Here are some of the results that I found interesting or hillarious.

Katherine Heigl tied the knot in real life, just weeks before the release of her new movie 27 Dresses.

People magazine has announced that Britney Spears is the most talked about person in 2007.  Big shocker, huh?

Angelina Jolie came in second place.

Grey’s Anatomy star Katherine Heigl tied the knot Sunday with musician Josh Kelley.  The two were married at a resort in Park City, Utah in front of a small group of family and friends in a tent outside the Stein Eriksen Lodge. 

Heigl, 29, and Kelley, 27, met when she appeared in one of his music videos in 2005. They were engaged last year.

What would you expect Tom and Katie to give away as Christmas gifts? A gold watch? Gift certificates? Jewelry? Nope, they’re giving away cupcakes! Yep, cupcakes! I guess these aren’t just any ole’ cupcake though. These are cupcakes from Sprinkles. (Am I supposed to know what that is?)I guess it’s not like sending someone a box of Hostess Ho-Hos. Katie even designed the gift boxes herself. She chose a rich shade of brown for the box, a chocolate-brown satin ribbon, and faux (that’s fake) burgundy cranberries. The packages contained a dozen of the tasty treats, including milk chocolate, orange, strawberry and pumpkin.

There was also an attached gift card bearing the inscription, “Happy Holidays and Best Wishes for a Joyous New Year,” and signed by “The Cruise Family.”
